An extended weekend trip to San Diego to visit my favorite dive buddy, however major rains and flooding kept us out of the water.  The only action my fins saw was upon my return to Seattle when I pulled them out of my luggage to help shovel the snow off my vehicle at the airport lot!  McGyver has nothing on me!

We did manage a nice visit to Birch Aquarium and then a photo-walk along Scripps Beach during a break between storms.  A little sun, a few photos always makes for a good day.  Oh yes, and then that Super Bowl thing happened later.

I actually like shooting into the sun and creating some silhouette effects. While it is a little challenging and doesn't always work, I did manage a couple of fun shots to share.
Cheers!
